Weather data

Weather information for TRNSYS simulations can be provided either in one of many standard weather data formats or in a user measurement data file.

Type 15 processes files in standard format and offers modes for TRNSYS TMY, TMY2, TMY3, EPW, IWEC, Meteonorm and the German TRY. User provided weather data can be read with Type 99 or a combination of Type 9 and Type 16.
