Every TRNSYS licensee receives a User ID at purchase and is registered with his TRNSYS vendor. All information about software products, contact persons, support etc. are assigned to the User-ID. This number is essential for support enquiries. Please always state your User-ID.
You can display your User-ID in the Simulation Studio: Menu bar -> ? -> About.
The corresponding file is located in the TRNSYS installation directory (e.g. c:\TRNSYS18\user18.id).
